The wet areas (Turkish bath, whirlpool, mini-pool) can only be booked in conjunction with a massage lasting at least 30 minutes. Each area is private, and a maximum of two people may use it at any one time, for the duration of the booking.
Yes: booking is strongly recommended — for both spa treatments and massages — to ensure that the centre and a therapist are available.
You can book:
  • by calling 035 23 08 66,
  • by sending an email to the address provided,
  • via the website’s online chat,
  • or by visiting the reception at the centre in person.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of a ‘no-show’ where a voucher has been purchased, the voucher will be deemed to have been used (i.e. forfeited).
Yes, you can give any treatment, programme or gift card as a gift by purchasing it via the shop section of the website or by visiting the centre. We accept payment in cash, by debit card, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfer or PayPal.
The use of the heat rooms is not recommended for pregnant women or for those suffering from conditions such as heart disease, low blood pressure, high blood pressure or varicose veins. For other medical conditions not explicitly mentioned, we recommend that you consult your doctor before entering.
On arrival, you will be given slippers and asked to leave your jackets or coats behind. Your personal belongings can be stored in the safety deposit boxes we provide in a designated area.
Yes — you can purchase gift vouchers or gift packages directly from our online shop or at reception. Gift vouchers are a great way to treat someone to some relaxation and wellbeing. (As set out in the terms and conditions and in the shop system)
To ensure your treatment runs smoothly, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows us to prepare everything properly and ensure you have a relaxed experience.
Yes — when you visit, you will be asked to fill in the form regarding the processing of personal data and to give your informed consent to such processing, as required by data protection legislation.
We apply the general health and safety guidelines: if you are pregnant, or have heart or vascular problems, or any other medical conditions, we recommend that you consult your doctor before entering the hot areas. Certain areas or treatments may not be suitable for you.
