Respect for Silence

We would ask you to keep your voice down to ensure that all guests can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Mobile Phones in Silent Mode

Mobile devices must be switched off or set to silent mode in the relaxation areas.

Punctuality

Please arrive 10 minutes early and leave the room promptly after your treatment.

Wearing Disposable Underwear

For hygiene and safety reasons, you must wear the underwear provided for the entire duration of the treatment.

Access to the spa

Access is restricted to guests who have checked in at reception. You must present valid ID or your booking confirmation.

Health Conditions

Please inform the practitioner of any allergies, aches and pains, or physical conditions that may be relevant to the treatment.

Personal Belongings

The spa accepts no responsibility for lost property: we recommend that you store your personal belongings in the lockers provided.

Privacy Form

Before your personal data is processed, you will be asked to complete the form relating to the processing of personal data.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee being charged.
