Thai massage 60 minutes

Our body is crossed and surrounded by thousands of energy lines (72,000) through which vital energy flows. Thai massage, working on the body, acts on the ten main energy lines (called "sen"). It is not only the hands, but also the feet, elbows and knees that manipulate the body with pressure, stretching, twisting, according to a rhythmic and fluid proceeding, without haste: almost a ritual, in mutual listening. The massage restores the balance of the energy lines, loosens their blocks and frees the flow of vital energy. Are energy blocks, as we well know, caused by stress, frustration, conditioning, repressed behavior, which we accumulate day after day, year after year? This is why the well-being given by Thai massage is not only physical, but also interior, much deeper. This massage technique is also and especially suitable for athletes of aerobic disciplines, such as those who practice running, cycling, football. Massage can help reduce recovery time by leaving the body relaxed and the mind awake.
